Cracked glass chandeliers in a Romanian shopping mall.

The Project Brief

FOLI were contracted to supply two cracked glass chandelier features to the brand new shopping mall situated in the north of Romania.

The first chandelier was to surround a large support column, whilst the second was to fit exactly inside a detail on the mall's ceiling.

Metal framework was manufactured to fit the required fitting areas and 2.2mm cracked glass side glow fibre was woven around the frame creating a spaghetti of light.

The larger chandelier also has a hanging fibre feature whhich can be colour changed independently to the main wheel.

All light sources were 150W metal halide, featuring full DMX control over colour change, twinkle and dimming.
